Data Sovereignty & EU Hosting
For European customers, Foxcolab Meet supports exclusive routing of media and signal sessions through EU-based data centers (primarily Frankfurt, Germany, and Paris, France). When selected, no packet data or user information leaves the European Economic Area (EEA).
Sub-processors
We maintain a strict minimal sub-processor ecosystem. Our infrastructure is hosted on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud providers. A complete list of active sub-processors is available upon request through our compliance center.
Incident Response Policy
In the highly unlikely event of a data breach affecting user integrity, our security teams initiate our automated incident response sequence. Under GDPR guidelines, we will notify affected workspace administrators and local data protection authorities within 72 hours.
