1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a workspace, connecting client devices to our secure media routing nodes, or using the services provided by Foxcolab Technologies (the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access to and use of Foxcolab Meet, including all client interfaces, dashboards, signaling pipelines, and associated applications. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our software.

2. Description of Service & License Grants

Foxcolab Technologies provides a unified, end-to-end encrypted real-time video conferencing platform. Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access the web applications and administrative consoles for meeting coordination.
  • Invite guest users to join video conference sessions through our secure, browser-based links.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Foxcolab Technologies.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree to use our systems solely in compliance with local, state, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our signaling gateways or media servers.
  • Inject malicious payload files or synthetically crafted media stream packets to crash other client nodes.
  • Bypass authentication mechanisms, room locks, or passcode requirements set by room hosts.
  • Resell, frame, or lease access to our platform resources to third parties without prior written consent.
  • Run automated scraping engines or bots that join meeting rooms to harvest user telemetry.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, & Refund Policy

A. Subscription Plans & Billing Cycles

Foxcolab Technologies offers Core, Pro, and Ultimate plans, billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe and automatically renew unless you cancel the subscription before the start of the next cycle. All fees are exclusive of sales tax, GST, or VAT, which will be charged based on your tax jurisdiction.

B. Currency Toggles & Adjustments

Workspace owners can select currency preferences (USD vs INR). Currency switches are applied at the start of the next billing cycle, based on live conversions.

C. Cancellations & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the current billing term. We offer a full 14-day refund guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial payment date will be processed in full, no questions asked.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOXCOLAB TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
  • ANY DATA LOSS RESULTING FROM THE ENCRYPTION PROTOCOLS CHOSEN OR KEYS MANAGED CLIENT-SIDE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Foxcolab Technologies and its officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Foxcolab Technologies is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and Foxcolab Technologies agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in a court of law. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
